WHAT PRODUCTION CAN YOU HAVE IN YOUR ORGANIC GARDEN?

When you design your organic garden you have to foresee the number of plants that you will need to grow if you want vegetables to be part of your diet. With these data you can check the kilograms of vegetables that you get per square meter of organic garden.

 

PRODUCTION PER SQUARE METER

LETTUCE:  12-16 UNITS

CARROTS: 4-5 KG   

SUPPORT:   4-6 KG

RADISH: 10-14 UNITS

RED BEET:  4-5 KG

ONION: 3-4 KG

BUSH BEANS: 1.5-1.8 KG

BEANS OF ENRAME: 2-3 KG

PEPINO: 2-3 KG

TOMATO: 7-10 KG

PEPPER: 2-3 KG
